Los Feliz Film Fest (“LFFF”) operates with limited resources, and all purchases and submissions help support the festival’s mission. For this reason, all fees are generally non-refundable.
Film Submissions
All submission fees are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to:
• Early Bird submissions
• Regular submissions
• Late submissions
• Withdrawn submissions
• Disqualified submissions
This applies regardless of the jury selection outcome.

Tickets, passes, and event registrations are non-refundable, unless an event is fully canceled by LFFF.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.

Merchandise
We accept returns only for defective items, within 14 days of delivery.

1A. LABS TERMS & REFUND POLICY

These terms apply to Los Feliz Film Fest Labs, including The Director’s Compass.
Payments. Tuition is $395. You may pay in full, or reserve your seat with a $100 payment, with the remaining $295 due two weeks before the Lab. Seats with an unpaid balance after the due date may be released.
No refunds. All payments, including the $100 reservation and full tuition, are non-refundable. In extreme circumstances, exceptions may be considered case by case, at the sole discretion of Los Feliz Film Fest, LLC.
Transfers. With prior written approval, your seat may be transferred to another person. Contact us at labs@losfelizfilm.org before the Lab begins.
If we change or cancel. If we cancel a Lab, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule, you may transfer to the new date or receive a full refund. If the instructor needs to be replaced, we’ll notify you and you may choose a transfer or a full refund.
Online access. Labs are held live online. You are responsible for your own internet connection and equipment. We are not responsible for technical problems on your end.
Recording and sharing. Sessions may not be recorded, copied or shared without written permission. The Code of Conduct in Section 10 applies to all Lab sessions.
